In the Morris area, you will visit the 6,200-cow River View Dairy, one of Minnesota's largest dairy
operations, which also features a 150-cow carousel. Next stop is Wulf Limousin Beef, a 3rd generation
900-cow family business that produces seed stock sold worldwide. The to Fibromin at Benson, the multi-
million dollar facility just starting the conversion of turkey litter into electrical energy. Next, across the
road to Randy and Scott Tersteeg's new pelleted fertilizer facility, North American Fertilizer which uses the
ash residue from fibromin to manufacture a new commercial=grade fertilizer. Last stop in Olde Country
Vineyard & Winery, Lake Lillian. Just licensed last fall, this newest Minnesota winery occupies the old Lake
Lillian public school. It's now a real gem in the ever-expanding Minnesota Wine industry.

5:30 p.m. Arrive back at Chatterbox Cafe', Olivia
